Gaming Club casino login: where to sign in on desktop and phone, and fixes
Gaming Club casino login happens on auth.gamingclub.com/en/login/, reached by the Login button in the top-right corner of the NZ site on desktop and on a phone. Sign-in is by username and password, with Forgot Password and Username? links under the form. This page shows the route and the fixes; it has no login form of its own.
Open Gaming Club18+ · Advertising · min deposit $5 ($10 for the bonus) · withdrawals pending 24 hours · checked 4 October 2026, not from an NZ IP
I opened the NZ home page at two sizes and then the sign-in page itself, not from an NZ IP, without typing anything into it. What follows is where the buttons are, what the form asks for, and what the terms say happens when a login fails or lapses. Nothing on this site asks for your password.
| Item | What I saw |
|---|---|
| Desktop | Green “Login” button top right in the header at 1440 px, linking to auth.gamingclub.com/en/login/Source [1] |
| Phone | “Login” top right beside the menu icon at 390 px; Sign Up lives in the menu and on the game cardsSource [1] |
| Form fields | Username, Password with show and hide, “Keep me logged in” ticked by default, Login button disabled until both fields are filledSource [2] |
| Recovery | “Forgot Password” and “Username?” links; reset goes by email after you enter the usernameSource [2] |
| New account | Every Sign Up and Claim button leads to auth.gamingclub.com/en/registration/Source [1] |
Read not from an NZ IP; the registration form was not opened.
Signing in takes 3 steps on desktop and the same 3 on a phone
- Open gamingclub.com/nz/ and press LoginTop right on both sizes; on a phone it is next to the menu icon, not inside itSource [1]
- Enter the username, then the passwordThe button stays grey until both fields have text; use the eye icon to check the password before you submitSource [2]
- Untick “Keep me logged in” on a shared deviceIt is ticked by default; the terms treat a shared computer as one offer holderSource [5]
Password reset goes by email, username reset has its own link
Under the form there are two links. “Forgot Password” sends a reset to the email on the account once you enter the username; “Username?” recovers the username firstSource [2]. The casino describes registration as name, email, currency, password and username plus an age and terms box, so the email you gave at sign-up is the one the reset goes toSource [1]. If the email is wrong or old, the only route is live chat or gamingclub@playersupportcentre.comSource [4].
Locked, inactive or blocked: what the terms say happens
| If you | Then |
|---|---|
| Have not logged in for 6 months | The account is inactive and €10 a month comes off any balance until it is empty or you log inSource [5]Source [5] |
| Hold a second account at the same brand | The terms allow one account per brand; expect a review rather than a resetSource [5] |
| Sign in from an excluded country while travelling | Australia and the UK are on the excluded list; New Zealand is notSource [5]Source [5] |
| Are asked for documents at login | Verification can be requested at any time and is mandatory at €3,000 of depositsSource [5] |
Browser errors: the fixes that do not need support
- A blank or looping login page usually clears when third-party cookies are allowed for auth.gamingclub.com, because the sign-in lives on a different host from the NZ siteSource [1].
- On a phone, the mobile site works in the browser without an app, so an outdated app is not required for loginSource [3].
- Still stuck: live chat is the only real-time channel, described as open at any hour, and email is the fallbackSource [4]Source [6].

My take, with the condition attached
Bookmark auth.gamingclub.com/en/login/ directly only if you check the address bar each time, because a lookalike sign-in page is the one risk a username-and-password form carries; otherwise always start from the Login button on gamingclub.com/nz/. I saw the form and its links; I did not log in, so error messages after a wrong password are not recorded here.

Questions people ask
Do I log in to Gaming Club with my email or a username?
With a username. The login page has a Username field and a Password field, plus a “Keep me logged in” box that is ticked by default. If you have forgotten the username there is a separate “Username?” link next to “Forgot Password”.
Is there a Gaming Club NZ login page that is different from the global one?
No. The Login button on gamingclub.com/nz/ sends you to auth.gamingclub.com/en/login/, the same sign-in page used by the other regions.
Can I log in from the Gaming Club mobile site?
Yes. On a phone the Login button sits top right in the header next to the menu icon, and the same username and password apply. No download is needed to sign in.
Why does my account stop working after months away?
The terms call an account inactive after 6 months without a login and deduct €10 a month from any balance until it is empty or you return. Log in once in a while if you keep money there.
