Gaming Club casino review from public records: licence, Trustpilot, terms
This Gaming Club casino review uses public records only: the licences on its pages, the operator in its terms, the Trustpilot profile and the clauses that decide your money. The short version on 4 October 2026: licensed twice, trading since 1994 by its own account, 2.8 on Trustpilot from 4 reviews, and terms that contradict each other on wagering, the second bonus and the age limit.

Is Gaming Club Casino a legitimate casino? Legitimate in the licensing sense, yes: two regulators are named on its own pages and the operator is a registered Guernsey company. Everything else below is a dated record, not an opinion survey. No account was opened and no money was played, so there is no personal payout story here, by design.

Licence: two regulators, one of them only in the small print
The footer of every NZ page names the Alderney licence 155 C1 for Baytree (Alderney) LimitedSource [1]. The definitions at the top of the general terms name a different entity, Baytree Interactive Ltd, under Kahnawake licence 00892Source [2]. Both are real regulators; the point for a player is which one to write to, and clause 10.14 answers that: complaints go to the casino first, within 6 months, then to eCOGRA, then to the Alderney commissionSource [2]. Part of the payment processing is handled by Digiprocessing Limited in GibraltarSource [2].
Trustpilot: 2.8 from 4 reviews is not a record, it is an absence of one
The gamingclub.com profile on Trustpilot shows a TrustScore of 2.8 from 4 reviews and is unclaimed by the company; its header carries another casino’s name, which suggests a domain mix-up on Trustpilot’s sideSource [4]Source [4]. Four reviews cannot show a complaint pattern, so none is claimed here. For a casino that says it has traded since 1994Source [3], the thin public record is itself the finding.
Terms: 3 places where the pages contradict each other
| Topic | Page A | Page B | Used here |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wagering | Promotion rules: 35x the bonusSource [5] | Terms 5.7: minimum 70x | 35x, because the rules state they take priority; expect the question to come up |
| Second deposit match | Rules: 100% up to $150Source [5] | Home-page promo text: 150% | 100% |
| Minimum age for NZ | Terms 1.1.4: 18Source [2] | NZ FAQ: 20 | 20 |
| Number of games | About Us: over 1,500Source [3] | FAQ: 500 | 500 |
The casino’s own meta description for the NZ page promises “generous bonuses, and secure play”Source [1]. The clauses that actually govern a payout are plainer: 24 hours pending on every withdrawalSource [6], £10,000 per 24 hoursSource [2], €4,000 a week for wins of 5x depositsSource [2], and €10 a month off an account idle for 6 monthsSource [2]. Responsible gaming tools are present: deposit limits by day, week and month, a 24-hour break and a six-month self-exclusion shared across the groupSource [7].
Not done: 9 things that make this a records review
No account, no deposit, no withdrawal, no chat with support, no cashier screen and no NZ IP address: the author block at the foot of this page lists each omission and the reason. A records review can tell you what the casino has written down and who regulates it. It cannot tell you how fast your own payout will land, and nothing on this page pretends otherwise.
Where to play, if the record is enough for you
- Licensed in Alderney and Kahnawake, operator named on the pageSource [1]
- New Zealand not on the excluded listSource [2]
- Complaint route: casino, then eCOGRA, then the regulatorSource [2]

My take, with the condition attached
Treat Gaming Club as a licensed casino with contradictory paperwork, and play only if you save a copy of the promotion rules page on the day you deposit, because the 35x versus 70x question is the one most likely to matter at cashout. The licences check out on the page; the public review record is too thin to lean on either way. I did not test support, payouts or the cashier.

Questions people ask
Is Gaming Club Casino a legitimate and trustworthy casino?
It is a licensed casino: Alderney eGaming licence 155 C1 in the footer and Kahnawake licence 00892 in the terms, operated by Baytree Interactive Ltd of Guernsey. Trustworthy is a judgement; the public record here is 4 Trustpilot reviews averaging 2.8 and a set of terms with several internal contradictions, all listed on this page.
Who owns Gaming Club?
The pages name Baytree Interactive Ltd, company 69691 in Guernsey, as operator and Baytree (Alderney) Limited as licensee. The terms group it with Jackpot City, Spin Casino, Ruby Fortune, Royal Vegas and other Cityviews Group casinos.
What do players complain about?
With only 4 Trustpilot reviews on the gamingclub.com profile, which is unclaimed and oddly labelled with another casino’s name, there is no complaint pattern to report. Formal complaints go to complaints@playersupportcenter.com within 6 months, then to eCOGRA.
Is Gaming Club available in New Zealand?
Yes on its own pages: New Zealand is not on the excluded-countries list and the NZ site prices in NZ$. The NZ page has the detail.
